Hi buddy! :) Kaise ho! Do you ever get overwhelmed and jab tum project karne beth te ho after a minute you take a phone and scroll YouTube or Instagram and this is not the first 10 or hundred articles you are reading about focus/productivity/procrastination and want to fix your life, isn't it?
So you need proper measurement structure and results that you are keeping progress and move on because Ye habits compound hoti hai. Consistency does play a major role.
One thing I came across by researching productive systems is you need to track the time you spent on a particular task. For example, I tried that I want to improve my writing habit whether to write a script or writing my cluttered thoughts, I set a time and joh man mein aya hai likh do (currently doing that right now).

I have dedicated my 30 minutes to writing... I am confident that my writing will definitely improve after completing 100 blog posts.
The main goal is that I want to say ki hume apni efficiency badhani hai, practice se hi, like have you ever wondered why some people achieve more while doing less work?
See, we all have 24 hours to spend our energy on, and the human brain gets exhausted pretty easily. Hum energy save karne ke mode mein hote hain. See, if you spend more time on mundane tasks like checking email or messages, toh usmein pura din ka energy chala jata hai and you don't achieve meaningful work like things which are relevant and important to you. Kuch productive nahi hota.
See, the human brain can work 3 to 4 hours in a locked-in mode, and that work will give more results than 5 to 6 hours of distracted work. The one solution I found is that jab man nahi karta kaam karne ka, I go for a walk in the lobby for 30 minutes. Plus, you should walk too, but don't scroll on the phone, it is hard to listen to music, etc.
We need to get deep in the starting phase to grow exponentially.
so here a summary
One is to know and observe yourself when you are most productive, at night or during the day, then study during that time for deep work.
Feeling burnout? Go for a walk...
If you want to improve something, give yourself 30 minutes to start so you can keep going or extend the focus period.
Work on your efficiency. We want 3 to 4 hours of maximum efficiency to achieve great results and spend less time.
Time management is one thing, but learning about your capacity and energy management is another. It's okay to feel disappointed at the start, but measuring progress is necessary.
And finally important part learn the art of automation , via tools and process i myself figuring out the stuff so yeah its challenging
"Do not burn out. Think of it as blocking a chunk of time in your calendar for priority tasks. When you feel your efficiency is decreasing, then do light tasks like creative work, writing, or listening to music to recharge your brain."
i myself a night owl this thing had work for me jab mera studies se maan bharjai to mein break leke i start to write stuff down from emotion to thought etc.I experimented on myself for 2 weeks to track my progress because I am a wolf chronotype. Mein padti hun, I prefer to time block and measure work with hard focus tasks rather than doing light work tasks like editing or learning to edit. To be honest, I prefer writing on paper than on a laptop. To get clarity, that's it for today.
my next topic will be about chorotypes and how to find yours so stay tuned I will see you tomorrow in the Honest Blogs series. Bye!
