Brain rot at the peak.......

The problem (I was not going to publish it, but I did it anyways...)


mein pura din instagram pe or youtube scroll karti hun or time nikal zata hai , shit.... i have to study as a sudden reminder hit you in brain that you have to give exam but the habit of scrolling never ends sure this gonna take me down the drain .

honestly i feel mentally exhausted at some hours later , i feel like my brain is getting overloaded with a sea of information junk , We all agree internet pey bohot kachra pada hai ,useful stuff and lots of junks.

As we consume the long-form content on YouTube during the previous pandemic, and YouTube Shorts are promoting short-form content in feeds, so the engagement rates are low, views are high, and our attention span is decreasing. I constantly remind myself to stop scrolling on social media! Our beloved algorithm is programmed to keep us engaged; the more we consume, the more we get addicted.

It is a mere reflection of our own desires, what we like, what we don't like, a digital mirror showing us the deep-rooted intricacies of our thoughts. We are using social media for escapism from our responsibilities.


The day starts with getting up late in the morning, studying, scrolling, not being able to concentrate, and at night going to bed thinking about the career. How are you going to make money? What about your career? Getting married or not? Your house? Your parents are getting old? Constantly thinking about the past and future will make you forget, etc.

So, it is a wake-up call for me and a body signal, "Hey, stop!" and go do other things, sleep.

I hope you can understand the mentally exhausted state of mind you all go through, when information is over load ho jataa hai and it is fact and consequences that negative thoughts. ANA START HOTE HAI, INSOMIA HOTA HAIN NEEND NAHI ATI , a constant reminder of i have a life not to go do mundane task .


 its ME I AM THE PROBLEM AND IT IS MY FAULT and after researching about the other folks on internet i realise i was not alone , who suffer from this , asa lagta hai genz is suffering from mid life crisis in early stage of life . .... AND THE FEELING OF NO PURPOSE IN THE LIFE so it enough is enough that you need to change ... change is hard but sett your life in motion with help of habit .... just start....



My Solution

  • I simply keep my phone aside on the table and work on my laptop,

  • setting a timer for about 1 to 2 hours of non-distracted work, take a break, have water, then again 1 to 2 hours of non-distracted work. I go through 3 cycles until my battery runs out.

Have faith! , its easy to swey in negative thought , I know it is hard, and I admit I am struggling with it, but trust me, starting is miserable. When you're in the zone, the task will not be daunting.

I stick to one task at a time and then shift to another. That other task should have a specific time allotted to it, or I set/alter the habit.

So, I started developing the habit of writing. As this blog is written on 5-08-2024, it feels pleasurable after I complete the important task so I can focus on creative work. If I don't, I will get anxious for sure. If I don't do the work, it will linger around in my mind for hours.

The thing that works for me is sitting near the window and keeping my phone on the table away from me. This forces me to work on the laptop as I always use the laptop to do my main tasks.


Honest Opinion


see yein script likte waqt mera dimag fatne wala tha! so to clear my thoughtsI just jot down the thoughts which I had on my mind otherwise I would have gone down the rabbit hole of overthinking. likhu ya nhi likhu????? Because I was feeling dumb, it seemed like there is so much information out there and I am not able to take action. So let's just take a small step in the direction of change, and that's why here's a blog about my problem.
