how to choose better options wisely, and if that is so how can we distinguish if it is good or bad?
In our day-to-day life, we have to make countless decisions about what should we eat and buy stuff, to main decisions about careers we should choose because it may lead to chaos or a wonderful opportunity, we came across old people and they say aah those old days were good days and life was simpler have you wonder why they said that? because they only had fewer options and no choices people's expectations were low, but now we have so many things to choose each with hidden pros and cons, and people's lifestyles are changing, they don't feel satisfied, thus feeling unhappy. so how to change it? here are some tips.

#TIP 1: YOUR GUT INSTINCT
We, humans, have the phenomenon of gut instinct Going with your gut
Intuition is the work of our subconscious brain pattern matching current inputs with past experiences and making a quick assessment. especially women about dangerous situations or other things if there is an opportunity for a certain job that feels right, and deep down we know so. then definitely go for it
#TIP 2: LISTEN TO THE PEOPLE AROUND YOU , MENTOR AND IGNORE THE BS
Yeah, this may sound kind of odd to you because on social media we get bombarded with messages ( people don't care, others are not thinking about, don't give an f, etc.) but people around you who know you might see potential in your work eg suppose you are good at art or music, and you enjoy doing it you get positive feedback or constructive criticism avoid the negatives then go ahead and pursue it find a mentor and talk to them. who knows your hobby can lead to success
#TIP 3: LESS IS MORE /MORE IS LESS CONUNDRUM
ok here is another example if you go to a shop and find 15 different types of jams even price is low but you kind of stuck in dilemma on what jam should be purchased on the other hand you visit another shop you find 6 different flavor jam at the moderate price the chances are the jam to be sold because we have fewer options it creates scarcity so buyers easily decide on which jam to purchase and move on. from the book the paradox of choices Marketers apply this tactic to sell their products by the example given here, we can apply this principle in our lives. either buying clothes or other things choose the first two options and move on
we all agree on this life is too short, we have less time so learn what matters to you and give 100 percent to it if works then congrats
#TIP 4: STAY AWAY FROM USELESS INFORMATION
in this day and age, everyone has excess information more research is being conducted to make people's life easier, thus leading to many resources we become overwhelmed arising the question of where to start.? how to find a proper solution .causing us analysis paralysis the best practice would be to use a trusted site ( check the authenticity )with properly researched articles, not some random how-to blog ( you know what I mean:)
