make my own plushie design journey

Hi, I want to make my plushie, and I don't know where to start. I have always wanted my merch collection, whether it is a shoe, a soft toy like a plush, or a T-shirt, but here I cannot come up with the idea. What could be the story of the character? I will share the journey of the character toy.
